Commissioner Doherty reiterated that condition #2 stipulates that case <br />UP-81-10 is conditioned upon design review approval. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Jamieson addressed Item No. 7 of the negative declaration <br />and stated that approval of this project would put more trucks onto <br />First Street during their operation. <br />Commissioner Lindsey made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Wilson <br />that the negative declaration prepared for case UP-81-10 is appropriate <br />for this project as approval would cause no significant adverse effects <br />on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: Commissioner Jamieson <br />Absent: None <br />Resolution No. 2036 was then entered and adopted approving the negative <br />declaration for case UP-81-10. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wilson that case UP-81-10 be approved subject to the conditions shown <br />in the staff report because all findings required to grant this use <br />permit can be made. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: Commissioner Jamieson <br />Resolution No. 2037 was then entered and adopted approving case UP-81-10 <br />subject to the conditions shown in the staff report of 8/12/81. <br />PUD-81-13, Rheem Investments <br />Application of Rheem Investment Group for Planned Unit Development <br />approval for a 10-lot industrial park subdivision on approximately <br />11 acres of land located on the east side of tracks of the Southern <br />Pacific Transportation Company between Santa Rita Road and Mohr Avenue <br />to allow specified uses and modified site development standards. Zoning <br />for the property is I-P (Industrial Park) District. A mitigated negative <br />declaration of environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />The Rheem Investments application has been withdrawn by the applicant. <br />PUD-81-11, Thomas Jorgensen <br />Application of Thomas Jorgensen for Planned Unit Development approval <br />to allow residential, warehouse, office, and related use of an approxi- <br />mately 30,000 sq. ft. site at 4225 Stanley Boulevard.
