Resolution No. 2064 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-81-19. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Doherty that the property described in case RZ-81-19 be prezoned to <br />PUD-Open Space, Public Health and Safety. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Resolution No. 2065 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case RZ-81-19 as motioned. <br />RZ-81-16, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone (Annexation No. 90~ <br />an approximately 83 acre site bounded by Crellin Road on the south <br />of the City limit line to the west to any zoning district consistent <br />with the General Plan. A negative declaration of environmental impacts <br />was also considered. <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report recommending a low density pre- <br />zoning for the property. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />R. A. "Bud" Martin, 2751 Crellin Road, one of the property owners, <br />stated he concurred with the staff report. Fie stated he is requesting <br />PUD zoning as one of the two sites are off the road and require less <br />than the mininum size street and also frontage on some lots might be <br />less than what is normally seen. <br />Chris Beratlis, 2727 Crellin Road, another of the property owners, said <br />he went along with the recent annexation because of previous promises <br />made to the City, concureed with the staff report and stated he'll <br />probably never develop his portion of the subject property. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Jamieson, that the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-81-16 <br />recommended for approval because approval of the prezoning would have <br />no adverse significant effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Resolution No. 2066 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-81-16. <br />_,. ~..__.._.1..~.___, __ __._. ____. .. _._. , <br />
