A negative <br />declaration of environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />This matter was continued to 10/14/81. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />IIP-81-25, Thomas Richert <br />Application of Thomas Richert for use permit approval to allow remodeling <br />and expansion of a wood sales facility on a 3.8 acre site at 5505 Sunol <br />Boulevard. Zoning for the property is I-P (Industrial Park) District. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report. He stated that Mr. Richert isn't <br />present because he did request that the design review portion of his <br />application be continued to allow him time to change the proposal, how- <br />ever, inasmuch as the use permit is merely an expansion of the current <br />one, it could be considered by the Commission. <br />There were no questions of the Commissioners. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one addressed the Commission. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Doherty that findings required and as shown in the staff report are <br />made and that case UP-81-25 be approved subject to the conditions shown <br />in that report dated September 16, 1981. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Resolution No. 2057 was then entered and adopted approving case UP-81-25 <br />as motioned. <br />UP-81-23, Morrison Homes <br />Application of Morrison Homes for use permit approval to allow the opera- <br />tion of two model homes with a sales office on Rennellwood Way in the <br />Heritage Valley area, Tract 3344. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) Medium Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report and recommendation of approval. <br />Chairperson Getty pointed out that the plan doesn't show a parking lot. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Barney Knox, Morrison Fiomes, stated he concurs with the staff report <br />and conditions imposed thereon. <br />-2- <br />
