The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey, .that the findings enumerated in the staff report dated 9/16/81 <br />are made and that case UP-81-23 be approved subject to the conditions <br />shown thereon. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Resolution No. 2058 was then entered and adopted approving case UP-81-23 <br />as motioned. <br />RZ-81-10, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone (Annexation No. 83) <br />approximately 25 acres located on the north side of the Arroyo Mocho <br />immediately easterly of and adjacent to the present City limit line <br />approximately 2,000 ft. west of El Charro Road to any zoning district <br />consistent with the General Plan. A negative declaration of environmental <br />impacts was also considered. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report recommending PUD-Industrial zoning <br />for the project. <br />Chairperson Getty asked if they would be using Las Positas Boulevard? <br />Mr. Harris stated, yes, to some extent, but that it would basically <br />be determined under a development plan. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />George Oakes (property owner), 31123 Mission Boulevard, Hayward, stated <br />they would not speak to the recommendation of the staff one way or the <br />other because they are not far enough along with their plans to make an <br />intelligent analysis. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-81-10 be <br />recommended for approval because the proposed zoning would not have a <br />significant adverse environmental impact on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Resolution No. 2059 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-81-10 as motioned. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Jamieson that the property described in case RZ-81-10 be prezoned to <br />PUD-Industrial District. <br />-3- <br /> <br />
