Resolution No. 2094 was then entered and adopted initiating an <br />application for a general plan amendment for the properties described <br />in the above motion. <br />Mr. Harris explained this motion to the audience. He stated there <br />would be a public hearing at which time everyone would be notified <br />and given an opportunity to address this matter. He said the Planning <br />Commission would make a recommendation to the City Council and they <br />would be making the final decision. <br />GP-81-8, Mutual Land Company <br />Application of Mutual Land Company for a general plan amendment to <br />change the land use designation of an approximately 9.4 acre site <br />located at the terminus of Crellin Road from Open Space (Public <br />Health and Safety) to Low Density Residential. Any other land use <br />designation may be considered in this application. A negative <br />declaration of environmental impacts was also considered. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Art Dunkley, 205-F Main Street, spoke representing the applicant. <br />He stated he had no questions of the staff report. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Doherty, that the negative declaration prepared for case GP-81-8 <br />be adopted inasmuch as the proposal would have no significant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br />Resolution No. 2095 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for case GP-81-8. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wilson that case GP-81-8 be recommended for approval subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report dated November 12, 1981. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2096 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case GP-81-8 as motioned. <br />RZ-81-10, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone (Annexation No. 83) <br />approximately 23 acres located on the north side of the Arroyo Mocho <br />-5- <br /> <br />
