A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-81-29 be recommended for approval as approval of the project would have no significant negative adverse effect on the environment. ROLL CALL VOTE Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty Noes: None Absent: None Abstain: None Resolution No. 2102 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-81-29. Commissioner Jamieson asked what the monthly cost of a $66,000 loan for affordable housing would be. Commissioner Lindsey indicated it would be about $800. A motion was then made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Jamieson that case PUD-81-29 be recommended for approval subject to the conditions shown in the staff report with the following changes: 8. That interior street right-of-way with 36 5 ft. wide sidewalk plan. sections shall be a 41 ft. ft. curb to curb and one as shown on the development 9. That interior street east of Rheem Drive and terminating at the north property line shall be designed as a "knuckle" or a larger radius curve, or as otherwise worked out with the City Engineer and that the right-of-way for a future extension could be dedicated if warranted. 28. This condition was eliminated. It was also in the motion that the Commission recommend that condi- tions 34 through 39 receive special consideration from the City Council should this project be successful in the competition for affordable housing.
