The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-81-29 <br />be recommended for approval as approval of the project would have <br />no significant negative adverse effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2102 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-81-29. <br />Commissioner Jamieson asked what the monthly cost of a $66,000 loan for <br />affordable housing would be. Commissioner Lindsey indicated it would <br />be about $800. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Jamieson that case PUD-81-29 be recommended for approval subject to <br />the conditions shown in the staff report with the following changes: <br />8. That interior street <br />right-of-way with 36 <br />5 ft. wide sidewalk <br />plan. <br />sections shall be a 41 ft. <br />ft. curb to curb and one <br />as shown on the development <br />9. That interior street east of Rheem Drive and <br />terminating at the north property line shall be <br />designed as a "knuckle" or a larger radius curve, <br />or as otherwise worked out with the City Engineer <br />and that the right-of-way for a future extension <br />could be dedicated if warranted. <br />28. This condition was eliminated. <br />It was also in the motion that the Commission recommend that condi- <br />tions 34 through 39 receive special consideration from the City <br />Council should this project be successful in the competition for <br />affordable housing. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2103 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case PUD-81-29, application of CPI: Associates. <br />-9- <br />..m ,_._~ _.r._. ~.... _ _ _._.~ <br />
