Tract 4768, Foothill Knolls Application of Foothill Knolls, a partnership, for tentative subdivi- sion approval (Tract 4768) for 24 lots on the east side of Foothill Road approximately 4800 ft. north of Bernal Avenue opposite Santos Ranch Road. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) Low Density Residential District. Mr. Harris explained the staff report. The public hearing was opened. Lynn Bowers, Engineer, for the project stated he concurred with the staff report and had no questions. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Jamieson, that Tract 4768, Foothill Knolls, be approved per the conditions shown in the staff report to the Commission dated November 18, 1981. ROLL CALL VOTE Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty Noes: None Absent: None Resolution No. 2104 was then entered and adopted approving Tract 4768 per the conditions shown in the staff report to the Commission dated November 18, 1981. COMMUNICATIONS Chairperson Getty stated she objects to a Planning Commission meeting on December 23. Commissioner Doherty said he won't be here. Com- missioner Jamieson indicated that one meeting might be enough in December. Chairperson Getty said December 9, 1981 would be all right as scheduled. Mr. Harris indicated that there may have to be a special meeting for Daon as the City Manager would like to get them going as soon as possible. Commissioner Doherty stated he might be late to the December 1, 1981 7:00 p.m. for Daon. After discussion, the Commission concurred that Daon would be con- tinued to a regular adjourned meeting on December 1, 1981, 7:00 p.m. Alameda County Fairgrounds and that the next regular meeting after that would be December 9, 1981 but that the December 23, 1981 meeting would be cancelled and if it is decided Daon takes a special meeting for public hearing then it will be so scheduled. -10- __ - r.... __..... ~ .. _. _ . ,
