Commissioner Doherty and Wilson felt it is important to support <br />Commissions and Boards within the City. Mr. Jones urged the <br />Planning Commission to support their thoughts before Council. <br />Commissioner Jamieson spoke to Item 4 of the Negative Declaration <br />and stated the conditions speaks to bikes and carpools. Mr. <br />Harris explained the impacts on emissions by using these methods <br />to reduce traffic. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lindsey that the mitigated negative declaration. <br />prepared for this project be approved inasmuch as conditions <br />imposed on project approval would reduce any significant adverse <br />environmental effects to insignificant. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes <br />Noes <br />Absent <br />Abstain <br />Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, <br />Wilson and Chairperson Getty <br />None <br />None <br />None <br />Resolution No. 2109 was then entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of the mitigated negative declaration prepared for case <br />PUD-81-22 as motioned. <br />A motion was then made by commissioner Doherty, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wilson that case PUD-81-22 be recommended for approval <br />subject to the conditions of the staff report amending the <br />following: <br />4. That there shall be a minimum 20 ft. wide landscape/public <br />service easement from behind the curb along the Stoneridge <br />Mall Road frontage of the subject property. Except iri the <br />area between RWl 'arid' the.westerri ~ roperty line, there shall be <br />a 62 ft. to 8 t. wide bikeway ped path. within this <br />easement, the design of which shall be approved by the City <br />Engineer. There shall be no buildings or parking areas within <br />this easement. Plans for the easement, including <br />landscaping and bikeway/ped path construction, shall be approved <br />by the planning staff prior to issuance of any building permits. <br />16. That the uses allowed on the subject property shall be those <br />shown in Table 1 of that part of the development plan. labeled <br />Exhibit A, General Development Plan, ex,ept that 'fi'nanc'ial <br />institutions shall be `conditionally allowed uses.. <br />17. That a landscaping and lighting maintenance district or <br />contract between the City and the 'prope'rty owners' association <br />shall be established to maintain all landscaping and lighting <br />within the landscape public service easements along Stoneridge <br />Mall Road and Stoneridge Drive and within the landscape <br />medians on streets RW1 and R642. It may also be possible to <br />use such a district for the maintenance of the central park. <br />18. Eliminate subparagraph "A." <br />Amend subparagraph "E" to read "that park use hours for the <br />up blic shall be posted." <br />_~_ <br />
