That the maximum size of the buildings in the development <br />shall be as listed in-Table l of-that part of the development <br />plan labeled Exhibi~ A, General~Development Plan except that <br />the total square footage of buildings OC1 through -0C6 <br />shall not exceed 775,000 sq. ft. <br />60. That the Stoneridge Drive frontage of this development shall <br />be designed to provide for an additional westbound lane from <br />the 680 interchange to the Stoneridge Mall Road.. A portion of <br />this additional lane shall be constructed with this development <br />to provide for a right turn deceleration lane onto Stoneridge <br />Mall Road. The remainder would be constructed with the future <br />interchange. The new section shall provide for a minimum <br />width of 39 feet from curb to curb and a minimum width of 18 <br />feet from curb to new property, line. This would require a <br />curb relocation of 5 feet; and 7 feet of additional right-of-way <br />dedication. The 18 feet from curb to property line would <br />provide for an 8 foot wide planning-utility area from face <br />of curb to edge of walk, an 8 foot wide bike/ped way, and <br />2-feet clear horizontal from edge of walk to the sound-wall <br />or toe of bank at new property line. The property is currently prezoned PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) Medium Density Residential District with certain con- <br />ditions governing its development. The Planning Commission may recommend <br />approval of new prezoning and the proposed development plan or make <br />any other recommendations regarding the subject property consistent with <br />the General Plan.
