Commissioner Jamieson indicated conoerns with trucks which are <br />stationed in the park. <br />Commissioner Doherty asked about tricks pulling trailers and <br />that they could be very light but pilling several axles, Mr, Harris <br />noted that the ordinance was not precisely written and perhaps needs <br />clarification, Commissioner Getty indicated this is why she had <br />asked Mr. Pearson what his definition of a 2-axle truck was, <br />Mr, Martin indicated that perhaps i~ would be better to postpone <br />the issue in an attempt to resolve the areas of dispute. He said <br />they will give the people in the aria whatever they want. <br />Chairperson Lindsey then reopened the public hearing to allow <br />comments from the audience inasmuch ', as he allowed Mr. Martin <br />to speak again, No one else addres ed the Commission and <br />Chairperson Lindsey declared the pudic hearing closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Doherty that the mitigated negative declaration prepared for <br />the modification to case PUD-79-13 be adopted inasmuch as con- <br />ditions of project approval would reduce any potentially significant <br />adverse environmental effects to an 'insignificant level, <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty and Jamieson <br />NOES: Commissioner Wilson and Chairperson Lindsey <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No, 2266 was entered and .adopted recommending approval <br />of the mitigated negative declaration prepared for the modification <br />of case PUD-79-13 as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Doherty that the modification to case PUD-79-13, Ordinance <br />No. 924 be continued to 2/23/83 to allow the developer and the <br />concerned citizens time to confer, <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />The matter was then continued to 2/2,3/83 as motioned. <br />
