MATTERS FOR COMMISSION's REVIEW Discussion of Granny Flats Because of the late hour, this matter was continued to 2/23/83. TENTATIVE MAPS Tentative Map Tract 5094, Ponderosa Homes Application of Ponderosa Homes for tentative subdivision approval of a 125 lot subdivision of approximately 15 acres of land located on the west side of Valley Avenue between Hansen Drive and Via de los Milagros. Zoning for the property is currently R-1-6500 (Single- family Residential), RM-4 and RM-15 (Multi-family Residential) District under application for rezoning to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)- High Density Residential District, The Planning Commission may approve, conditionally approve or deny this application or recommend any action consistent with the General Plan. Mr, Harris presented the staff report. The public hearing was opened. Jack Wong, Ponderosa Homes, addressed the Commission asking that Condition No, 22 be changed to say ...shall be paid as stipulated in the long term growth management agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Ponderosa Homes dated 8/24/82; and that Condition No. 27 shall be changed to reflect .,,"the developer shall enter into an agreement with the City, prior to approval of the final map for this development to pay one-half of the total estimated cost of a signal installation. The staff had no problems with the changes proposed by Mr, Wong. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commission Jamieson to approve Tentative Map Tract 5094 subject to the con- ditions shown in the staff report with changes to Conditions No, 22 and 27 as requested, ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairperson Lindsey NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Resolution No. 2268 was entered and adopted approving Tentative Map Tract 5094,
