P/C <br />Page 15 <br />2/23/83 <br />PUD-83-3, Meadow Plaza Associates <br />Application of Meadow Plaza Associates for PUD (.Planned Unit Development) <br />zoning and development p1 an approval fora 162 unit multi-family residential <br />project on an approximately six acre site located east of the Exxon Station at <br />the southeast corner of West Las Positas Bouelvard and Santa Rita Road. Zoning <br />for the property is PUD (.Planned Unit Development)-Commercial and Offices. <br />The Planning Commission may recommend any action on this matter consistent with <br />the General Plan. A Negative Declaration of environmental impacts will also <br />be considered. <br />This matter was continued to 3/9/83 as requested by City Staff. <br />Chairperson Lindsey then announced a change to the agenda in that Tentative <br />Map for Tract 5129 would be considered prior to MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW. <br />TENTATIVE MAPS <br />Tentative Map Tract 5129, First Pleasanton Investors <br />Application of First Pleasanton Investors to subdivide an approximately 27 <br />acre site into 49 parcels with an average parcel size of 7,500 sq. ft. and a <br />remainder of approximately 15 acres located on the south by the Arroyo Mocho. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (.Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br />Residential District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of Tract 5129. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />George Oakes, proponent in this action. was in the audience but stated he had nothing <br />to add in this matter. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner Jamieson <br />that Tract 5129, application of First Pleasanton Investors be approved subject <br />to the conditions set forth in the Staff Report of 2/23/83. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Arrigoni and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2277 was then entered and adopted approving Tentative Map Tract 5129. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Discussion on Grann; Flats <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report asking for Planning Commission direction <br />for items they would like to see incorporated into City Ordinance. <br />-15- <br />
