PLANNIPdG COr~IISSION <br />Page 6 <br />5/11/83 <br />to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Hi¢h Density Residential <br />District and to prezone approximately one acre immediately <br />west of the extension of Pico (Vineyard) Avenue and immediately <br />south of the Arroyo del Valle to the PUD (Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment) Medium Density Residential District. Any other zoning <br />districts consistent with the General Plan may be considered <br />for these properties. <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. There being no one speaking <br />either for or against the application, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty and seconded by <br />Commissioner Jamieson to approve the application pursuant <br />to the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, [~ilson and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2297 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the prezoning for Case RZ-82-18 as motioned. <br />UP-83-11, Ponderosa Homes <br />Application o Ponderosa Homes for a conditional use Hermit <br />to operate a model home complex consisting of six model homes <br />and parking facilities in the vicinity of 6246 Calle Fuego. <br />Zoning for the property is R-1-65 (Single-family Residential) <br />District. <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Gunther Boccius of Ponderosa Homes, 2635 North First Street, <br />San Jose addressed the Commission anc? indicated the applicant <br />had no problems with the staff report or conditions. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty and seconded by <br />Commissioner Jamieson to approve the application .for a conditional <br />use permit subject to the recommendations of the staff report. <br />_.__ _. <br />_.. __...,_r_. .,.,, .... ....__ ._ _._ , <br />
