Zoning for the property is <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Central Commercial District. <br />At the last Planning Commission meeting, the Commission desired <br />to have more information on traffic levels at this intersection. <br />Mr. Harris indicated that staff had hired Wilbur Smith and <br />Associates to look at the traffic studies and PRC Voorhees has <br />again reviewed their study. ~Zr. Okamura reviewed the updated <br />reports and indicated a right turn lane as suggested in the <br />Voorhees report was being included in the Dublin Canyon Road <br />Assessment District. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Lou Ellis, representing Holiday ?nns, Inc. of rZemnhis, <br />Tennessee addressed the Commission and indicated that Mr. Jack <br />Anderson of First Nationwide Savings, Mr. Paul Sheehan of Coldwell <br />Banker and Mr. John Long with PRC Voorhees, were in the audience <br />to answer any questions the Cormission may have. <br />He then presented several renderings of the proposed hotel facility <br />and described in detail the uses of each area and the proposed <br />ingress and egress. <br /> <br />
