MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />June 8, 1983 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE (continued) <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2316 was entered and adopted recommending approval of <br />case PUD-82-18-2D as motioned. <br />Chairman Jamieson then announced that the Tentative Tract Map 5079 would <br />be the next item on the agenda. <br />Tentative Tract Map 5079 <br />Application of P•1ildred Vallerino and Mike Harris .for tentative subdivision <br />approval for a 62 lot residential townhouse project including common <br />facilities on approximately 4.7 acres located on the north side of <br />Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court.
