ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Resolution No. 2314 was entered and adopted approving case UP-83-14 as motioned. PUD-82-18-2D (Devcon Construction) Application of Devcon Construction, Inc. for design review approval to allow the construction of an approximately 32,000 sq. ft. industrial park building and related facilities on an approximately 86,000 sq. ft. site at 2142 and 2150 Rheem Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD (.Planned Unit Development)-General and Limited Industrial District. A negative declaration of environmental impacts was also considered. Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval. The public hearing was opened. Scott Cram, 555 Las Coches, Sunnyvale, represented Devcon. He urged approval. No one addressed the Commission and the public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that the negative declaration prepared for. case PUD-82-18-2D be adopted.. A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner Getty that case PUD-82-18-2D be recommended for approval subject to the conditions shown in the staff report of 6/8/83.
