MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />June 8, 1983 <br />subject to the conditions of the staff report and that all equipment shall <br />be screened from view from all public streets. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2314 was entered and adopted approving case UP-83-14 <br />as motioned. <br />PUD-82-18-2D (Devcon Construction) <br />Application of Devcon Construction, Inc. for design review approval to allow <br />the construction of an approximately 32,000 sq. ft. industrial park building <br />and related facilities on an approximately 86,000 sq. ft. site at 2142 <br />and 2150 Rheem Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD (.Planned Unit <br />Development)-General and Limited Industrial District. A negative <br />declaration of environmental impacts was also considered. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Scott Cram, 555 Las Coches, Sunnyvale, represented Devcon.
