PLANNING COMMISSION <br />June 22, 1983 <br />Page Five <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked if the tractor was parked in the <br />driveway of the home. Mr. Harris indicated it was parked at <br />the rear of the house. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Mrs. Kruse, mother of the applicant, addressed the Commission <br />and presented signatures of the neighbors indicating they do not <br />object to parking the tractor at the Kruse residence. The <br />Commissioners had no questions of her. <br />Mr. William G. Kovac, 3124 Weymouth Court, indicated there were <br />problems with large vehicles parked in R-1-650 district and <br />was opposed to this application. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />There was a question of notice to the neighbors of this application <br />and Mr. Harris indicated everyone within 300 ft. of the residence <br />had received notice and no one had called or offered comments. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Arrigoni, recommending approval of Case Z-83-111 subject to the <br />14 conditions of the staff report and making the required findings <br />necessary for a conditional use permit. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Getty and Acting Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson and Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2321 was then entered and adopted approving Case <br />Z-83-111 as motioned. <br />GP-83-3, Cit of Pleasanton <br />Applications the City o Pleasanton to amend the General Plan <br />Land Use Element to include specific reference to residential <br />population densities and commercial/industrial land use intensities. <br />A negative declaration of environmental impacts will also be <br />considered. <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report and indicated there were <br />additional changes to the proposed wording. <br />Commissioner Getty asked if a_decision had to be made on this <br />amendment tonight.
