PLANNING COMMISSION
June 22, 1983
Page Four
Commissioner Lindsey inquired about occupancy of the first
phase of this project and Mr. Terrill indicated they had only
one, Target Publishers, because of the difficulty of getting
to the area due to the changing Johnson/Hopyard configuration.
Commissioner Arrigoni asked if water had been turned on to this
property and Mr. Terrill indicated it had, that they had installed
the internal, on-site landscaping on the project and were about to
start the street landscaping being done through the assessment
district.
Commissioner Getty asked if the entry and signing would be changed
because of the changing street configuration. Mr. Terrill indicated
some changes were made on the street treatment, the project sign
would remain, and that additional entry identification was being
considered.
The public hearing was closed.
A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner
Arrigoni, recommending approval of Case PUD-83-1-1D, subject to
all the conditions in the staff report, except deleting Conditions
32 and 34 because of duplication.
ROLL CALL VOTE
AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Getty and Acting Chairman Lindsey
NOES: None
ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson and Wilson
ABSTAIN: None
Resolution No. 232Q was then entered and adopted recommending
approval of Case PUD-82-1-1D as motioned.
Z-83-111, Arnold Kruse
App ication o.
