Commissioner <br />report. <br />was appropriate for Coast <br />Commissioner Getty didn't <br />it would be precedent setting. <br />ith the comments of <br />Doherty supported the staff <br />Assistant City Attorney, Brian Swift, stated that if Coast <br />Federal Savings convinces the City Council a waiver is <br />appropriate, a conditional use permit application would be <br />back before the Planning Commission for approval of the use. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Arrigoni that no waiver be granted to Coast Federal Savings <br />regarding financial institutions as requested. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni and <br />Commissioner Getty <br />NOES: Commissioners Doherty, Wilson and <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />This motion was then defeated. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Doherty that Coast Federal Savings be granted <br />a waiver from the requirements of Resolution No. 73-34. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Wilson and <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: Commissioners Arrigoni and Getty <br />Resolution No. 2332 was entered and adopted recommending <br />a waiver be granted to Coast Federal Savings as requested. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by <br />Commissioner Doherty to support Resolution No. 73-34. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Doherty, Getty, <br />Wilson and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2333 was entered and adopted supporting <br />Resolution No. 73-34. <br />-12- <br />
