M;.nutes <br />P1anTi.itlg Commission <br />9/28/83 <br />Page 6 <br />conditions shown thereon. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Getty, <br />Lindsey and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty and Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2357 was entered and adopted approving case <br />UP-83-33, Howard Mark Company, as motioned. <br />UP-83-34, Geor a Hess/Tom Richert <br />Application o George Hess an Tom Richert for modification <br />of a conditional use permit allowing for the operation of a <br />garden center at 5505 Sunol Boulevard to allow for an office <br />showroom for a remodeling contractor. Zoning for the property <br />is IP (Industrial Park) District .• <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />George Hess, 4056 Walnut Drive, addressed this application. <br />He indicated he is a cabinet manufacturer and needs a showroom <br />for his products. He stated it is very difficult to refer <br />a potential customer to a home he has completed for the benefit <br />of references.
