Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />9/28/83. <br />Page 5 <br />Tom Andrews, spoke on behalf of the hospital and stated they <br />agree with all of the conditions on the staff report of 9/28/83. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Chairman Jamieson asked that the earlier comments at the Design <br />Review Board hearing be incorporated and become part of the <br />minutes with regard to this application for a conditional use <br />permit. <br />Commissioner Lindsey stated that this is an appropriate use <br />for the property. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Getty that case UP-83-31 be approved subject to <br />the conditions shown in the staff report and that findings <br />A, Band C as shown thereon are made. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Getty, <br />Lindsey and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty and Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2356 was entered and adopted approving the conditional <br />use permit for Valley Memorial Hospital as filed under case <br />UP-83-21 as motioned. <br />UP-83-33, Howard Mark Com an <br />Application o Howar Mark Company for a conditional use permit <br />to operate a model home sales complex and related facilities <br />at the terminus of Sorrel Downs Court in the Foothill Knolls <br />subdivision located on the east side of Foothill Road opposite <br />Santos Ranch Road. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval. <br />The public hearing was opened <br />Al Dutchover, Landscape Architect, represented the developer. <br />They are requesting that they be allowed to landscape the end <br />of the cul-de-sac and presented a rendering for the benefit <br />of the audience and Commission. Commissioner Getty asked Mr. <br />Dutchover if the developer had any problem with Condition No. <br />3.
