MINUTES I` <br />PLANNING COMMISISON <br />10/26/83 <br />Page 7 <br />Commissioner Wilson asked how the square footage of 2300 sq. <br />ft. in Condition No. 3 was calculated. Mr. Harris explained. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wilson that the negative declaration prepared for case UP-83-40 <br />be adopted inasmuch as project approval would have no significant <br />adverse effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Arrigoni, <br />Wilson and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Commissioner Lindsey (stepped down) <br />Resolution No. 2377 was entered and adopted approving the <br />negative declaration prepared for case UP-83-40 as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Doherty that case UP-83-40 be approved subject to the conditions <br />shown in the staff report & that the findings shown thereon are made. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Arrigoni, <br />Wilson and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Commissioner Lindsey (stepped down) <br />Resolution No. 2378 was entered and adopted approving case <br />UP-83-40 as motioned. <br />RZ-83-8, Cit of Pleasanton <br />Application o the City o Pleasanton to amend the provisions <br />of the zoning ordinance with respect to parking requirements <br />in the Central Business District. <br />This matter was continued to 11/9/83 as stated earlier. <br />Review of Auction at 3440 Stanley Boulevard <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending Condition <br />No. 2 be changed to allow the applicant to have 10 auctions <br />per month. He indicated the proponent would not be present <br />and while he would like more auctions than 10 per month, could <br />live with the amount recommended by staff. He stated some <br />of the auctions would be on weekends as he gets his bidders <br />on the weekends and at night. <br />Chairman Jamieson asked staff if they felt satisfied with the <br />terminology. He suggested that "no daytime" auctions be added. <br />The other Commissioners felt they also would like "no daytime" <br />added. Mr. Harris suggested that "no week day auctions before <br />6:OOpm" might be adequate. <br />-7- <br />T. <br />
