Zoning <br />for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br />Residential District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval <br />of case UP-83-43. <br />Chairman Jamieson asked if the color boards were available. <br />Mr. Harris distributed them to the Commission. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one spoke with regard to this application. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Chairman Jamieson asked the average size of the lots.
