MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />November 21, 1983 <br />Page 9 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Arrigoni that the development agreement between the City of Pleasanton <br />and Callahan-Pentz Properties conforms with the general plan of <br />the City of Pleasanton and conforms to Government Code Section <br />65864 - 68569 and recommends that the City Council approves the <br />agreement. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Doherty, Getty <br />Lindsey and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2393 was entered and adopted recommending that <br />the development agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Callahan- <br />Pentz Properties be approved. <br />Review of Condition No. 56 of Ordinance No. 1014 <br />This relates to the tra is eve o service for the 91 acre site <br />located north of Stoneridge Drive between Stoneridge Mall Road <br />and I-680. <br />Commissioner Lindsey announced that he had an appointment and <br />had to leave the Planning Commission meeting. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report and reasons for the recommended <br />changes. He stated staff recommended approval of the new wording <br />as recommended by Council and stated that this has to be reviewed <br />by the Commission. <br />Commissioner Doherty stated that John Innes was present at the <br />last meeting and requested verbage be changed and the Planning <br />Commission included their request in their motion of approval <br />for Hacienda. He asked if the two ]evel of service conditions <br />proposed for consideration tonight are the same or more stringent <br />as the general plan review committee's request. Mr. Harris stated <br />that it is the intent to treat the various properties equally <br />and furthermore the City Council has initiated a change for Reynolds <br />and Brown as well. <br />Commissioner Getty stated that she has read and understands the <br />level of service conditions covering both the 91 acre and the <br />Meyer Business Park sites. She asked if the staff has met with <br />Mozart and the Meyers Business Park people. Mr. Harris stated <br />that he has met with both. <br />Chairman Jamieson asked if this is more, less stringent than what <br />Mr. Innes requested. Mr. Harris responded that this is what Mr. <br />Innes wanted included. Mr. Swift stated that if asked he was <br />sure Mr. Innes would tell him the same thing.
