Commissioner Getty seconded stated she felt the Commission was railroaded for Hacienda and was concerned why mitigation drastically different for these two projects. t Condition No. 56 as recommended by this motion but into the last change measures are so Mr.Swift explained the mitigation measures for the three projects relating to level of service at intersections. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Doherty, Getty and Chairman Jamieson NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioners Lindsey and Wilson ABSTAIN: None Resolution No. 2394 was entered and adopted supporting the change to Condition No. 56 of Ordinance No. 1014 as presented by staff. Review of Condition No. 63 of Ordinance No. 973 This relates to the traffic level of service for the Meyer Business Park located at the northwest corner of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive. (All discussion took place under the previous item on the agenda) A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner Getty that Condition No. 63 of Ordinance No. 973 be recommended for change as recommended by the City staff. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Doherty, Getty and Chairman Jamieson NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioners Lindsey and Wilson ABSTAIN: None Resolution No. 2395 was entered and adopted supporting the revision to Condition No. 63 of Ordinance No. 973 as motioned.
