MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />November 28, 1983 <br />Page 11 <br />Commissioner Wilson said he sees the access for streets A and E but couldn't <br />locate the first access. Mr. Harris indicated that it appears on the previous <br />subdivision map and is north of the Arroyo Del Valle. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one addressed this matter. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that <br />Tract 5224 be approved subject to the conditions shown in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioner Doherty, Getty, Lindsey and Wilson <br />NOES: Chairman Jamieson <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2401 was entered and adopted approving the tentative tract map <br />for Tract 5224 as motioned. <br />Chairman Jamieson stated he voted 'no' for the development plan approval and <br />couldn't support the project at this time. <br />Tract 5230, First Ridgewood Company <br />Application of First Ridgewood Company and Ditz-Crane to subdivide an approximately <br />15 acre site into 64 parcels, with a 6,500 sq. ft. minimum parcel size, located <br />at the eastern terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard and bounded on the south <br />by the Arroyo Mocho. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Larry Bartelson, MacKay & Somps, engineers for Ditz-Crane, stated they concur <br />with the conditions recommended by staff. He indicated that street names were <br />submitted for the PUD and would like that considered as their submittal. Mr. <br />Harris stated those names are being reviewed by staff and other agencies at <br />the current time. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Doherty that <br />Tract 5230 be approved subject to the conditions shown in the staff reportl <br />-11- <br />
