Minutes <br />Planning Commissior. <br />12/12/84 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN:None <br />Resolution No. 2577 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case PUD-84-18 as motioned. <br />Commissioner Innes made a motion that staff carry to City Council <br />all of the issues raised at these two public hearings and that <br />they carry through all of the planning of the Del Valle Parkway <br />in an expedient manner and that this matter be carried through to <br />the EIR stage. A negative <br />declaration of environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />This item was continued to 1/9/85. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Heari <br />Tract 5397, Ponderosa Homes Inc. <br />Application of Ponderosa Homes, Inc. to subdivide the <br />approximately 78 acre site located north of Hansen Drive, east of <br />Camino Segura and southeast of the Pleasanton Canal into 19 <br />single family residential lots and an approximately 75 acre <br />remainder parcel. Zoning for the property is R-1-6500 <br />(Single-family Residential) and "P~~ (public and Institutional) <br />Districts. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Paul Madeiros, Ponderosa Homes, 2635 North First Street, San <br />Jose, reviewed their proposal indicating that Mike Taylor of <br />Bissell and Karn is present to answer any questions.
