Commissioner Innes made a motion that staff carry to City Council all of the issues raised at these two public hearings and that they carry through all of the planning of the Del Valle Parkway in an expedient manner and that this matter be carried through to the EIR stage. This motion was seconded by Commissioner Wilson. PUD-84-19, Guasco Application of Richard Guasco et al to rezone the approximately one acre site located at 3932 Old Santa Rita Road from the C-S (Commercial Service) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial Service) District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan. A negative declaration of environmental impacts will also be considered. This item was continued to 1/9/85. NEW BUSINESS - Public Heari Tract 5397, Ponderosa Homes Inc. Application of Ponderosa Homes, Inc. to subdivide the approximately 78 acre site located north of Hansen Drive, east of Camino Segura and southeast of the Pleasanton Canal into 19 single family residential lots and an approximately 75 acre remainder parcel. Zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) and "P~~ (public and Institutional) Districts. Mr. Harris presented the staff report. The public hearing was opened. Paul Madeiros, Ponderosa Homes, 2635 North First Street, San Jose, reviewed their proposal indicating that Mike Taylor of Bissell and Karn is present to answer any questions.
