Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />12/12/84 <br />read the staff report as well as the report from the City <br />Engineer and concur with the conditions imposed thereon. <br />Commissioner Innes asked what size homes are being proposed for <br />the property. Mr. Madeiros indicated that they would probably be <br />2200-2400 sq ft. in size. Commissioner Innes then discussed the <br />footprint. Mr. Harris explained that the maximum coverage in <br />this zoning district is 40% not including the garage. <br />Commissioner Wilson asked about he distance between the two <br />two-story units. Mr. Harris explained that they would have to <br />have a minimum of 20 feet. <br />Chairman Doherty asked if the applicants are aware of the fence <br />setbacks. Mr. Madeiros said they are. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one addressed this matter. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wilson that the negative declaration prepared for Tract 5397 be <br />adopted inasmuch as subdivision approval would have an <br />insignificant effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty,Innes, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN:None <br />Resolution No. 2579 was entered and adopted approving the <br />negative declaration or Tract 5397 as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that Tract 5397 be approved inasmuch as it is in <br />conformance with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton and <br />that it be approved subject to the conditions shown in the staff <br />report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN:None <br />Resolution No. 2580 was entered and adopted approving Tract 5397 <br />as motioned. <br />- 14 - <br />
