Minutes <br />Planning Commission. <br />12/12/84 <br />Resolution No. 2574 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for case GP-84-14. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Getty that the General Plan for the property located at 4005 <br />Stanley Boulevard only (belonging to Sandy Sinclair) be changed <br />from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential, and <br />that Condition No. 1 of the staff report be eliminated as it is <br />not needed if the only property having a land use change is 4005 <br />Stanley Boulevard. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN:None <br />Resolution No. 2575 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case GP-84-14 as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lindsey that the mitigated negative declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-84-18 be adopted inasmuch as conditions <br />imposed on project approval would reduce any potentially <br />significant effects to an insignificant level. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN:None <br />Resolution No. 2576 was entered an adopted recommending approval <br />of the mitigated negative declaration prepared for case <br />PUD-84-18. <br />The Commission then discussed the changes to conditions proposed. <br />The City Engineer had no problem with having Condition No. 11 <br />worked out between the City Engineer and the applicant. <br />Regarding Condition No. 5 the Staff's main concern is to mitigate <br />noise. Commissioner Innes reiterated that the applicant just <br />wanted the flexibility to work with staff. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey seconded by <br />Commissioner Getty that Case PUD-84-18 be recommended for <br />approval subject to the conditions shown in the staff report, <br />eliminating 'masonry' and adding or other material subject to <br />staff approval. Condition No. 11 is now 10 and requests a <br />deferred improvement agreement. Condition N0. 12 is now 11 and <br />conditions 29 is now 28 and subject to the other 55 conditions as <br />indicated by staff.. <br />- 12 - <br />
