Minutes <br />Planning Commissio. <br />11/28/84 <br />Chairman Doherty reported that John Caroline, Anthony Scotto, Tom <br />Hall, Tom Elsnab, Diana Bonanno have been selected as a citizen's <br />committee for a general plan and zoning review for the downtown <br />residential area Arroyo generally bordered by Fair Street, the <br />Arroyo and St. Mary Street. John Caroline will chair the <br />committee. He is looking for a recommendation in January. <br />PUD-79-11-4M, Cork Harbour <br />Application of Cork Harbour Company for a major modification to <br />case PUD-79-11, a single-family residential planned unit <br />development on the approximately 32 acre site located east of the <br />Pleasanton School upper playfield between Bernal Avenue and the <br />residences on the south side of Angela Street to reduce by <br />approximately 40% the common open space required by the PUD <br />development plan for the project. The property is zoned PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District. <br />This item was continued to 1/9/85 as requested. <br />UP-84-54, Camara ICD and Associates, Inc <br />Application of Camara, ICD and Associates, Inc. for a conditional <br />use permit to operate a cafe-snack shop at an existing office <br />building located on the east side of Santa Rita road north of <br />2324 Santa Rita Road. Zoning for the property is "O" (Office) <br />District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the revised staff report indicating the <br />applicant has reduced the amount of area he will be leasing to <br />899 sq. ft. He will not be having any more than 12 seats which <br />require four parking places. It is recommended that UP-84-54 be <br />approved subject to the conditions of the staff report modifying <br />conditions one and two to reflect this change of application. <br />The public hearing was reopened. <br />Herb Camara, 516 S. Hartz, Danville, indicated that they are in <br />accord with the revised staff report. <br />No one else spoke to this matter and the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Innes that case UP-84-54 be approved subject to the <br />conditions shown in the staff report modifying number one and two <br />to accommodate the modified application. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES• Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, <br />Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2568 was entered and adopted approving case <br />UP-84-54 as motioned. <br />- 2 - <br />__.. _. _ _ _ . _tr <br />
