MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, November 28, 1984 <br />8:o0pm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of November 28, 1984 was called <br />to order at 8:35pm by Chairman Gregg Doherty. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Getty. <br />~nr.r. r'~T.T. <br />Commissioner Present: <br />Commissioner Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Joyce Getty, John Innes, Larry <br />Lindsey, Kaye Wellman, DeWitt Wilson <br />and Chairman Doherty <br />None <br />Robert J. Harris, Director of <br />Planning and Community Development; <br />Director of; Robert Okamura, <br />Assistant City Engineer; Brian W. <br />Swift, Assistant City Attorney; and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording <br />Secretary <br />No Minutes were submitted for approval. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris asked that Item 5a, PUD-79-11-4M, Cork Harbour be <br />continued to 1/9/85 as staff is in the process of reviewing the <br />letter they will propose to residents of the area; that Item 6c, <br />PUD-84-19, Guasco, be continued to 12/12/84 for plan revision; <br />and that PUD-84-20, Puri, be continued indefinitely for a seismic <br />study. The Commission agreed to these requests. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Innes asked that someone look at the proliferation <br />of signs at Stoneridge. <br />- 1 - <br />_ ~t <br />
