Minutes <br />Planning Commissi. <br />10/24/84 <br />Chairman Doherty felt that the circumstances surrounding this <br />development are unusual and feels the modification should be <br />granted. <br />M. Dow, 4393 Krause St., Lot 81, encouraged the appeal be <br />granted. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wilson that the appeal of Allan and Suzanne Cofer for <br />modification of the Amador Meadows planned unit development to <br />allow reduced yard setbacks for fence construction to maintain <br />existing fences on various lots within the Amador Meadows <br />development be granted. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioner Getty, Lindsey, Wellman, <br />Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2555 was entered and adopted approving the appeal <br />of Allan and Suzanne Cofer as motioned. <br />UP-84-53, Vermillion Development Corporation <br />Application of Vermillion Development Corporation for conditional <br />use permit approval to operate a model home sales complex <br />consisting of a sales office and model unit located at 1111 <br />Tiffany Lane. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this proposal. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Chris Miller, Harris Realty, represented Vermillion indicating <br />that they concur with the conditions proposed in the staff <br />report. <br />No one else addressed this issue and the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wellman that UP-84-53 be approved subject to the <br />conditions shown in the staff report as all findings are made as <br />stated therein. <br />- 9 - <br />,. .. ... _ _. _.. ...... .. *...~.. ., .__...._ _ ~. .~. _ ~t _.. <br />.. .__... <br />
