Minutes <br />Planning Commissi <br />10/24/84 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES• Commissioner Getty, Lindsey, Wellman, <br />Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2556 was entered and adopted approving case <br />UP-84-53 as motioned. <br />PUD 81 30-23D, Bradshaw, Inc North by Carl Holvick Co. <br />Application of Bradshaw, Inc. North for design review for a <br />two-story, approximately 29,260 sq. ft. office structure on an <br />approximately 2.0 acre site located on the northeast corner of <br />the intersection of Coronado Lane and West Las Positas Boulevard <br />in the Hacienda Business Park. Zoning for the parcel is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Industrial, Commercial and Offices <br />District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this project. The traffic report prepared for this case <br />incorporates the new traffic assumptions. <br />Chairman Doherty indicated that the COMMISSION merely wanted the <br />assumptions before they considered any other North Pleasanton <br />projects in good faith. Commissioner Lindsey indicated that this <br />was his intention and not his intention not to consider any more <br />North Pleasanton development until the assumptions were adopted. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Charles Wortz, landscape architect represented Bradshaw, Inc. He <br />indicated that Mr. Bradshaw, owner and future occupant of the <br />premises is here in the audience and would be available to answer <br />any questions concerning this project. He stated that they <br />concur with the conditions of the staff report. <br />Commissioner Wilson asked if sign approval is also be considered. <br />Mr. Harris stated that it is. Commissioner Wilson then commented <br />that he felt the plan is an excellent one. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wellman that case PUD-81-30-23D be recommended for <br />approval subject to the conditions shown in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES• Commissioner Getty, Lindsey, Wellman, <br />• Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT• Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />- 10 - <br />... _r__ __. _. _ _ _ __ir _ <br />
