The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Getty that the negative declaration prepared for <br />case RZ-84-17 be recommended for adoption inasmuch as approval of <br />the prezoning as recommended by staff would have no significant <br />adverse effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, <br />Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2541 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lindsey that the 276 acre site located on the west <br />side of Foothill Road opposite Stoneridge Drive and extending <br />westerly and northerly to Dublin Canyon Road be prezoned PUD (Low <br />Density Residential and Open Space. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES• Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, <br />• Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />NOE5: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2542 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case RZ-84-17 as motioned. <br />PUD-84-11, Ollirep Properties <br />Application of Ollirep Properties for PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) zoning and development plan approval for a 10 unit <br />clustered residential development proposed for the 0.98 acre site <br />located at 123 Ray Street. The property is zoned RM-1500 <br />(maximum of one unit/each 1500 of lot area) District. A negative <br />declaration of environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />the project. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Michael Cassutt, Carefoot-Cassutt, indicated they have received <br />and concur with the staff report and are willing to comply with <br />all conditions. <br />Commissioner Getty stated she is most impressed with the plan and <br />appears as those the architects have done extensive redesigning. <br />Mr. Cassutt indicated that he has been working with staff and the <br />neighbors surrounding the project. <br />- 5 - <br />....... _. __ _,_.... _._....r~_.. .. _._____ _ _ _ _ _ IT <br />_._.. <br />
