be recommended for approval as approval of case PUD-84-4 would <br />have an insignificant effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES• Commissioners Getty, Innes, Lindsey, <br />• Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2549 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-84-4 as <br />motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Getty that case PUD-84-4 be recommended for approval subject to <br />the conditions shown in the staff report with the following <br />changes and/or additions: <br />23. There shall be a northeast entrance to the complex from the <br />Exxon service station. <br />24. That there shall e signs posed within the complex requesting <br />trucks to stay on the west side of he market until 6:OOam so <br />that there will be minimum impact on the neighbors with <br />regard to noise. <br />26. That phase one and phase two of the medical office buildings <br />shall come before the Design Review Board for approval. <br />27. That within one year traffic in the loading dock area shall <br />be reviewed by the staff to make sure there is little impact <br />on the neighbors. <br />28.
