There shall be a northeast entrance to the complex from the <br />Exxon service station. <br />24. That there shall e signs posed within the complex requesting <br />trucks to stay on the west side of he market until 6:OOam so <br />that there will be minimum impact on the neighbors with <br />regard to noise. <br />26. That phase one and phase two of the medical office buildings <br />shall come before the Design Review Board for approval. <br />27. That within one year traffic in the loading dock area shall <br />be reviewed by the staff to make sure there is little impact <br />on the neighbors. <br />28.
