8/8/84 <br />Planning Commission <br />Page 20 <br />UP-84-34, Morgan Construction <br />Application of Morgan Construction for condtional use permit approval to <br />allow for the establishment of a model home and sales office complex to be <br />located on the east side of Muirwood Drive, approximately 500 feet south <br />of the intersection of West Las Positas Boulevard and Muirwood Drive. Zoning <br />for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density Residential <br />District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of the use permit <br />and the relocation of the sales office. Staff suggested that the sales office <br />itself be moved to the second cluster of the units. The models can stay <br />as located. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Bill Brinton, 235 Montgomery St., San Francisco, stated they will be happy <br />to move the sales office and concurred with the staff report. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Innes <br />that the findings shown on the staff report are made and that case UP-84-34 <br />be approved subject to the conditions shown in the staff report of August <br />8, 1984. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, Lindsey, Wellman, Wilson and <br />Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Getty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2514 was entered and adopted approving case UP-84-34 as motioned. <br />-20- <br /> <br />
