8/8/84 <br />Planning Commisison <br />Page 19 <br />Resolution No. 2512 was entered and adopted recommending approval of case <br />RZ-84-14 for the application of the City of Pleasanton as recommended in <br />the staff report. <br />PUD-84-6, Chin/Pleasanton School District <br />Application of the Pleasanton School District and Kenneth Chin for rezoning <br />and development plan approval for an eight unit residential development on <br />an approximately .9 acre site located on the north side of Abbie Street between <br />the Old Towne development and the residences on the east side of Whiting <br />Street. Zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) <br />District. A negative declaration of environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />This matter was continued to 9/12/84 to allow for a revision to the proposed <br />development plan. <br />UP-84-37, Vic Beeler <br />Application of Vic Beeler for a conditional use permit to allow for the location <br />of a wholesale establishment and warehouse uses on an approximately 27,000 <br />sq. ft. site located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Wyoming <br />S~eetand the Del Valle Parkway. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-Comemrcial District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of the application. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Vic Beeler, 15 Greenwood Place, San Ramon, stated that he has no problems <br />with the conditions recommended in the staff report. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey <br />that case Up-84-37 be approved inasmuch as the findings shown in the staff <br />report.
