Commissioner Lindsey indicated that he felt very comfortable <br />with the traffic projections and circulation for this site. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Lindsey and Vice Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairman Doherty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2465 was entered and adopted recommending approval of case PUD-81-30-11D <br />as motioned. <br />UP-84-15, Taubman Company, Wickliff & Company and Doubletree Inn <br />Application of Taubman Company, Wickliff & Company and Doubletree Inn for a conditional <br />use permit to operate a 173 room hotel and related facilities on an approximately four <br />acre site located adjacent and to the west of 6000 Stoneridge Mall Road. The property <br />is zoned CR(p) (Regional Commercial-Peripheral) District. <br />Mr. Glenn presented the staff report recommending approval as in the staff's opinion <br />all findings can be made to grant this use permit. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Harpool, Wickliff, urged approval of the conditional use permit for this project. <br />Commissioner Lindsey expressed concerns with this particular piece of property and <br />the traffic at the intersections of Foothill and Dublin Canyon Blvds. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Getty made a motion seconded by Commissioner Wilson that UP-84-15 <br />be approved subject to the conditioins of the staff report and that all findings as shown <br />in that staff report are made.
