MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />4/25/84 <br />Page 9 <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey <br />that the mitigated negative declaration prepared for case PUD-84-2 be <br />recommended for approval inasmuch as conditions imposed on project approval <br />would reduce any potentially significant effects to an insignificant <br />level. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson <br />and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2459 was entered and adopted recommending approval of the <br />mitigated negative declaration as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey <br />that case PUD-84-2 be recommended for approval subject to the conditions <br />of the staff report amending condition No. 7 as motioned. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson <br />and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAINI: None <br />Resolution No. 246 0 was entered and adopted recommending approval of case <br />PUD-84-2 as motioned. <br />Commissioner Wilson said it was his intention, while not put as a condition, <br />that the applicant confer with the staff prior to commencing Phase 2 concerning <br />the possibility of a right turn entrance onto Sunol Boulevard. <br />UP-84-11, Shea Homes <br />Aplication of Shea Homes and Castlewood Properties, Inc. for a conditional <br />use permit to operate a model home sales complex consistingof four model <br />homes, a sales office and related facilities at the southwest corner of <br />Kamp and Sheffield Drives. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report recommending approval. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Art Dunkley indicated that the conditions in the staff report are agreeable <br />and would like conditions 2 and 11 modified. The staff indicated they <br />could not support the change of number 11. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />-9- <br />
