Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />1/25/84 <br />Page 6 <br />PUD-83-25, Stanley Commercial Park <br />Application of Frank Auf der Maur for PUD (Planned Unit Development) development <br />plan approval of an approximately 38 acre commercial business park consisting of <br />32 commercial lots ranging in size from 0.5 to over 1.0 acre in size and related facilities <br />to be located at the eastern terminus of the Del Valle Parkway -southeast of the <br />intersection of Washington Street and Stanley Boulevard. Zoning for the property <br />is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial Service District. A negative declaration <br />of environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />This matter was continued to 2/22/84 for a traffic report. <br />PUD-83-17, Amador Associates <br />Application of Amador Associates for PUD (Planned Unit Development)-zoning and <br />development plan approval fora 46 unit residential development project on approximately <br />4.7 acres at 3780 Vineyard Avenue. Zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District. The Planning Commission may recommend any zoning for <br />the property consistent with the General Plan. A negative declaration of environmental <br />impacts will also be considered. <br />This matter was continued to 2/8/84 for a traffic report. <br />UP-83-60, Roy and Lucy Bettenhausen et al <br />Application of Roy and Lucy Bettenhausen and Carl and Donna Graffenstatte for <br />conditional use permit approval to operate a hotdog restaurant at 707 Main Street. <br />Zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) District. <br />This matter was continued indefinitely at the request of the applicants. <br />PUD-80-14-2M, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend Condition No. 8 of PUD-80-14 (Pleasanton <br />Park) with regard to traffic level of service (LOS) at the Owens Drive/Hopyard Road <br />intersection. <br />This matter was withdrawn at the request of the City Council. <br />GP-83-16, John and Jocelyn Perasso <br />Application of John and Jocelyn Perasso to amend the General Plan land use designation <br />from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential on an approximately <br />1.22 acre site at 123 and 125 Ray Street. The subject property is currently zoned <br />RM-15 (Multi-family Residential) District. The Planning Commission may recommend <br />any action on this matter deemed in the public interest. A negative declaration <br />of environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />This matter was continued to 2/8/84 at the request of the applicant. <br />UP-83-61, Beth Swank <br />Application of Beth Swank for a conditional use permit to operate a child daycare <br />facility for up to 12 children at her residence, 6268 Robin Court. Zoning for the <br />property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of the application. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Beth Swank, 6268 Robin Court, stated she is currently licensed to take care of six <br />children, but needs City approval to take care of more. She asked that the hours <br />shown on her application be changed from 7:30am - 6:OOpm to 7:OOam - 6:OOpm. <br />-6- <br />
