Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />January 11, 1984 <br />Page 9 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that <br />findings as shown in the staff report are made and that case UP-83-57 be approved <br />subject to the conditions shown thereon. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty and Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty, Arrigoni and Chairman Jamieson <br />ABSTAIN: Acting Chairman Wilson <br />Resolution No. 2416 was entered and adopted approving case UP-83-57 as motioned. <br />UP-83-55, Olympia Pro erties <br />Application of Olympia Properties for conditional use permit approval to operate a <br />model home complex consisting of 3 model homes, a sales office and related facilities <br />at 4767, 4771 and 4775 Sutter Gate Avenue. Zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single- <br />family Residential) District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of this application. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Joan Kwok, Olympia Proeerties, 6000 Stoneridge Mall Road, #260, Pleasanton, stated <br />they concur with the conditions imposed in the staff report. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that <br />the findings as shown in the staff report are made and that case UP-83-55 be approved <br />subject to the conditions shown in that report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty,Lindsey and Acting Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty, Ar rigoni and Chairman Jamieson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2417 was entered and adopted approving case UP-83-55 as motioned. <br />RZ-83-11, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone approximately 3.9 acres at 3885 Foothill <br />Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District or to <br />any other zoning district consistent with the general plan. A negative declaration of <br />environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Dr. Howard Long, asked the location of the property. Mr. Swift pointed it out on the <br />aerial photograph on the wall. <br />-9- <br />
