Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />January 11, 1984 <br />Page 10 <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner Getty that <br />the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-83-11 be recommended for approval inasmuch <br />as rezoning of this property will not have a significant effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Lindsey and Acting Chairman Wilson. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty, Arrigoni and Chairman Jamieson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2418 was entered and adopted recommending approval of the negative <br />declaration proposed for case RZ-83-11 as motioned. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner Getty <br />that case RZ-83-11 be recommended for approval subject to the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Lindsey and Acting Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty, Arrigoni and Chairman Jamieson <br />Resoluton No. 2419 was entered and adopted recommending approval of case RZ-83-11 <br />as motioned. <br />RZ-83-10, Cit of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the zoning ordinance to allow fences <br />in excess of six feet in height within required yard areas under certain conditions in <br />commercial and industrial areas.
