However, he felt that <br />Stoneridge would be a reasonable route provided it did not exceed <br />two to four lanes and not be connected to the low density <br />Mohr/Martin Area. <br />He felt that Martin Avenue in the low density area should be <br />considered in conjunction with the proposed Stoneridge extension. <br />Commissioner Lindsey explained that a conceptional plan is all <br />that is being considered by the Commission at the meeting. He <br />mentioned that he also had concerns for protecting the <br />Mohr/Martin Area. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Wellman addressed the EIR, Page 50, relating to <br />traffic on I-580. Mr. Swift reviewed the methodology. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that the Planning Commission certifies that they have <br />reviewed and considered the information in the final EIR and have <br />determined the EIR to be completed in compliance with CEQA. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, <br />Wellman and Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2735 was entered and adopted certifying the <br />completeness and compliance of the EIR as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hoyt that all findings with respect to the potential <br />environmental impacts as indicated in the "Proposed Environmental <br />Impact Findings" are made and that Case GP-84-1 be approved as <br />recommended in the staff report.
