However, he felt that Stoneridge would be a reasonable route provided it did not exceed two to four lanes and not be connected to the low density Mohr/Martin Area. He felt that Martin Avenue in the low density area should be considered in conjunction with the proposed Stoneridge extension. Commissioner Lindsey explained that a conceptional plan is all that is being considered by the Commission at the meeting. He mentioned that he also had concerns for protecting the Mohr/Martin Area. The public hearing was closed. Commissioner Wellman addressed the EIR, Page 50, relating to traffic on I-580. Mr. Swift reviewed the methodology. A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that the Planning Commission certifies that they have reviewed and considered the information in the final EIR and have determined the EIR to be completed in compliance with CEQA. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and Chairman Wilson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Resolution No. 2735 was entered and adopted certifying the completeness and compliance of the EIR as motioned. A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner Hoyt that all findings with respect to the potential environmental impacts as indicated in the "Proposed Environmental Impact Findings" are made and that Case GP-84-1 be approved as recommended in the staff report. Further discussions and reports shall consider the Lin Gate residences.
