Minutes <br />Planning Commissic <br />10/23/85 <br />PUD-80-15-2D be recommended for approval inasmuch as project <br />approval would have a~ insignificant negative effect on the <br />environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Lindsey, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Resolution No. 2715 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration for PUD-80-15-2D as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wellman that PUD-80-15-2D be recommended for <br />approval subject to the conditions shown in the staff report, but <br />requiring that the dumpster be relocated away from the <br />neighboring residential units, the Planning Commission is to <br />approve the plans, for landscaping, elevations, the proposed <br />soundwall and the drainage system; that the building be setback <br />20' by either reducing the building or relocating it; the uses <br />shall be as proposed by the homeowners amended Exhibit "A" as <br />discussed; and the staff is to conform the other conditions to <br />reflect the above recommended changes. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Lindsey, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Resolution No. 2716 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case PUD-80-15-2D as motioned. <br />Commissioner Lindsey indicated that it appears as though <br />Kindercare may not be operating under the conditions approved by <br />the Planning Commission and City Council members. If this is a <br />fact, he would ask that the City do something to get this matter <br />straightened out. <br />PUD-80-15,3D, Michael Martinez <br />Application of Michael Martinez for Planned Unit Development <br />plan approval to construct a 75 unit 30,220 sq. ft. motel and two <br />drive through restaurants of 2700 and 3500 sq. ft. site on an <br />approximately 2.6 acre site located on the north side of Pimlico <br />Drive approximately 60o feet east of the intersection of Santa <br />Rita Road and Pimlico Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-Commercial District. <br />This item was withdrawn to be renoticed later. <br />
