Minutes <br />Planning Commissic <br />10/9/85 <br />similar. Commissioner <br />Plan is recommending a <br />Council. The signing <br />lodging also. <br />Innes stated that the Industrial General <br />sign program for I-580 and I-680 to City <br />would include indications of food and <br />Commissioner Innes asked staff to ask the builders of the three <br />new buildings on First Street in downtown Pleasanton if they <br />would consider a minor design change. The buildings would be <br />much nicer if they had the railings on the first floor as well as <br />the second. Mr. Swift indicated he would have one of his staff <br />members inquire about the possibility of doing this. <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked staff's opinion in changing the <br />General Plan of the CF zoned property at Pimlico/Santa Rita <br />Road/I-580 to High Density Residential. Mr. Swift indicated that <br />staff has had several meetings with the citizens in the area who <br />are asking the applicants of the subject property to do something <br />similar to this. There is currently pending an application for a <br />fast food restaurant and motel. <br />OLD BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />UP-85-29, Church of Divine Man <br />Application of the Church of Divine Man for a conditional use <br />permit to operate a religious institution at 328 St. Mary's <br />Street. Zoning for the property is CC (Central Commercial) <br />District. <br />PUD-85-13, Pamela Antrim <br />Application of Pamela Antrim for Planned Unit Development zoning <br />and development plan approval to construct a twelve-unit <br />apartment complex on an approximately .48 acre site, located on <br />the southwest corner of Peters Avenue and West Angela Street. <br />Zoning for the property is RM-4000 (Multi-family Residential) <br />District. <br />PUD-80-15-2D, Hivest, Inc. <br />Application of Hivest, Inc. for Planned Unit Development Plan <br />approval to construct a two building, 29740 sq. ft. retail <br />commercial complex on an approximately 2.0 acre site located on <br />the south side of Pimlico Drive approximately 0.1 mile east of <br />Santa Rita Road. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Commercial District. <br />PUD-80-15,3D, Michael Martinez <br />Application of Michael Martinez for Planned Unit Development <br />plan approval to construct a 75 unit 30,220 sq. ft. motel and two <br />drive through restaurants of 2700 and 3500 sq. ft. site on an <br />approximately 2.6 acre site located on the north side of Pimlico <br />Drive approximately 600 feet east of the intersection of Santa <br />Rita Road and Pimlico Drive.
