Minutes <br />Planning Commissio <br />September 25, 1985 <br />PUD conditions of approval. They come into play through the <br />Department of Real estate before they can sell the buildings. <br />The City usually reviews them. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Richard Glenn, Darryl Alexander and Associates, 205-B Main <br />Street, indicated that they agree to the conditions shown in the <br />staff report. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Michelotti that Tract 5546 be approved subject to the conditions <br />shown in the staff report as the tract conforms to the zoning and <br />land use designation of the General Plan. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Vice Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt and Chairman Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2710 was entered and adopted approving Tract 5546 <br />as motioned. <br />PUD-85-16, Jon Westerland <br />Application of Jon Westerland for PUD <br />Development)-High Density Residential <br />plan approval to construct three resi~ <br />existing dwelling on an approximately <br />3939 Vineyard Avenue.
