Minutes <br />Planning Commissio <br />September 25, 1985 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Vice Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt and Chairman Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2708 was entered and adopted approving Tract 5520 <br />as motioned. <br />Tract 5534, Thomas Wilson and Kenneth Hanavan <br />Application of Thomas Wilson and Ren Hanavan for tentative tract <br />map approval to create a 5-lot residential condominium complex on <br />an approximately .4 acre site located at 118 Mission Drive. <br />Zoninq for the property is RM-2500 (Multi-family Residential) <br />District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />Tract 5534. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one addressed this item an the public hearing was declared <br />closed <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wellman that Tract 5534 is in conformance with the General Plan <br />and zoning for the subject site and that it be approved subject <br />to the conditions shown in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and Vice <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt and Chairman Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2709 was entered and adopted approving Tract 5534 <br />as motioned. <br />Tract 5546, Sacramento Developers, Inc. <br />Application of Sacramento Developers, Inc. for tentative <br />subdivision tract map approval to create a 57 lot townhouse <br />development on an approximately 9.3 acre site located on the east <br />side of Stonedale Drive between Stoneridge Mall Road and <br />Valleyview Court. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this tentative map. <br />Commissioner Innes asked when the homeowners association would <br />come into play on this application.
