Mr. Swift indicated that
staff tried to anticipate that and this project could proceed
either on existing STanley or proposed del Valle Parkway with the
revised plan.
Commissioner Innes would like to see Condition No. 4 as shown in
the staff report for PUD-85-7 to be changed to read "That no
building permit for the project shall be issued until such time
as contracts for both the extension of Valley Avenue to Stanley
Boulevard and the completion of the Del Valle Parkway in front of
the project are let and/or the alignment of the Del Valle Parkway
has been determined."
Commissioner Lindsey then discussed off-street parking with
regard to this project. He asked about the requirements of the
CC&Rs with regard to the requirement of garage doors. Mr. Swift
stated that the revised plan eliminates two units and one guest
parking space. If people use the garages for purposes other than
parking, parking could be a problem. No parking will be allowed
on Del Valle Parkway no matter which alignment is used.
On-street parking is limited. Off-street parking has to be
eliminated. If people use their garages for parking, parking
will be sufficient. Staff has talked to the applicants
- 7 -
. r
