Minutes <br />Planning Commissior. <br />August 28, 1985 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2693 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for Case GP-85-5 as <br />motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that GP-85-5 be recommended for approval as stated in the <br />staff report which would redesignate an approximately 7.5 acre <br />site located on the south side of Vineyard Avenue and east of the <br />terminus of Chardonnay Drive from Low Density Residential to <br />Medium Density Residential. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2694 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case GP-85-5 as motioned. <br />PUD-85-10, Hopyard Partners <br />Application of Hopyard Partners for Planned Unit <br />Development-Central Commercial rezoning and development plan <br />approval to construct a 7,350 sq. ft. day care facility, an 8,000 <br />sq. ft. commercial office building and additional parking area <br />(over the Pleasanton Canal) north and east of an existing <br />shopping center located at the northeast corner of Valley <br />Avenue and Hopyard Road (Hopyard Village). Zoning for the <br />properties are CC (Central Commercial) and "P" (Public and <br />Institutional) Districts. <br />This matter was continued to 9/25/85. <br />PUD-85-13, Pamela Antrim <br />Application of Pamela Antrim for Planned Unit Development zoning <br />and development plan approval to construct a twelve-unit <br />apartment complex on an approximately .48 acre site, located on <br />the southwest corner of Peters Avenue and West Angela Street. <br />Zoning for the property is RM-4000 (Multi-family Residential) <br />District. <br />This matter was continued to 9/25/85. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />- 4 - <br />
