Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />August 28, 1985 <br />two lanes out. Mr. Henderson stated that 36' is sufficient to <br />make a "U" turn. The westbound traffic is relatively light. <br />Peder Jacobson, 6122 Allbrook Circle, urged denial of this <br />project inasmuch as the noise at SToneridge Drive and Hopyard <br />Road exceeds the noise standards set forth in the General Plan. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wellman that Case PUD-81-30-32D be recommended for approval <br />subject to the conditions of the staff report, modifying <br />Condition No. 1 to reflect that the project shall substantially <br />conform to the model shown at the Planning Commission instead of <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department.
